Services
Moss, lichen and black streaks come off the tiles without me walking on the roof or blasting it. Low pressure means no cracked tiles and no water forced under them.
Concrete, pavers and cobbles go grey and then green. I lift the grime off and rinse it properly so the surface isn't slippery when it rains.
Boundary walls and retaining walls are usually the first thing on a property to go green. I clean them without blowing out the mortar or etching the plaster.
Pool surrounds, decks, braai areas and stoeps. These get slippery faster than anything else on the property, so I clean the surface and the edges properly.

Ask on WhatsAppIt's cleaning with a solution instead of with force. I apply a cleaning mix at low pressure, leave it to kill the algae, mould and lichen, then rinse it off. Because the growth is dead rather than just knocked off the surface, it takes a lot longer to come back, and nothing gets blasted.
It shouldn't, and that's the whole point of doing it this way. The pressure is about what a garden hose gives, so tiles don't crack and paint doesn't strip. On older or flaky surfaces I test a small patch out of sight first and show you before carrying on.
I wet down and cover the garden beds first, rinse the plants while I work and again at the end. Keep dogs and cats inside until I've finished rinsing, then they're fine to go out.
Most driveways, patios and walls take two to four hours. Roofs and bigger properties take longer. I'll tell you roughly how long when I quote. You don't need to be home, as long as I can get to the gate and an outside tap.
